From her early days participating in team sports to her eventual transformation into a three-time Bikini World Champion, Rachel has always been driven by a passion for an active lifestyle.

When she was young, Rachel, like many, struggled with an all-or-nothing approach to fitness. She would restrict herself from enjoying the foods she loved, engage in excessive cardio, and let the scale dictate her progress. As she progressed on her journey, she realised fitness is about balance and finding what works for YOU. There are no "good" or "bad" foods, and the weight room is not something to be feared.

Throughout her journey, Rachel developed one clear goal - to educate and empower as many women as possible on their own health and fitness journeys.

"What started as my very own fitness journey has turned into empowering more than 200,000 women around the world. I'm extremely proud of the community we've built, but even more proud of the inspirational women who are a part of it."

Rachel is excited to continue transforming women's lives and help them become their best selves.

OLIVIA MAY

Professional Beach Sprinter and MWU Athletic Performance Coach

Olivia's journey began at a very young age, when she fell in love with being active, becoming an athlete, and training to be the best version of herself.

Olivia believes that fitness begins with the right mindset. It's more than just the way you look; it's about how you feel. It’s believing that you can achieve anything you set your mind to – because you can.⁣

While being active has always been an integral part of her life, it was in 2020 that she discovered her love for sprinting and began training in the gym. "I am proud to say I am now eating over 3x as much, and I am physically capable of things I never thought possible. It’s all about mindset. Start focusing more on what you can do, instead of what you look like."

As Olivia's journey has progressed over the years, so has her passion. She is now dedicated to guiding others on how to fuel and nourish their bodies and enhancing overall performance both in and outside of the gym.

ANNABELLE RONNFELDT

High Intensity Training Expert and MWU Functional Fitness Coach

From a young age, Annabelle has led an active lifestyle, sparking her passion for health and fitness. As her journey evolved and her mindset shifted, she devoted time to learn more about nutrition and discover a way to move her body that she genuinely enjoyed.

“I am so passionate about my style of training and workouts that are challenging enough that they push you to the limit and make you realise just how much more you are capable of.”

For Annabelle, fitness is all about finding your balance, moving your body in a way that you love, and nurturing a healthy relationship with food. Annabelle is excited to continue assisting other women on their journey to achieve the same.

Wellness Educator and Move With Us Yoga Coach

Ana's passion for wellness and more specifically Yoga, stems from her personal journey through fertility and healing. Now, she is dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women, to take charge of their well-being, lead purposeful lives, and embrace mindful living.

"I am deeply passionate about yoga and its transformative power. My specialties include Vinyasa, Restorative and Kemetic Yoga. So whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's something for everyone in my sessions."

When she's not immersed in her work, Anabelle loves traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children.

LISA NICOLAISEN

Mind Body Fitness Expert and MWU Pilates Coach

Lisa's love and passion for health and fitness stems from her background in dancing. After encountering multiple injuries and having an unhealthy relationship with her mind and body, Lisa found a new passion for movement, when she was introduced to Pilates as part of her recovery process. She has transformed her mindset, created a positive self-image, and now embraces health and fitness as part of her daily lifestyle.⁣

“From the age of 3, dance was my life and I dreamt of becoming a professional dancer. I left school to study for my advanced diploma in performing arts, during this I learnt just as much about the mind and body as I did about dance, and that’s where my passion for health and fitness began. 

When I studied dance I encountered many injuries, and so I did a lot of Pilates as a form of rehab and fell in love with it. I’m so grateful to have found my love for movement at a young age and truly believe my dancing years have shaped me into the person and Pilates instructor I am today.”

Now Lisa is passionate about sharing her love for Pilates and the incredible things in can do for your mind and body.

For Emma, health and fitness have always been a part of her lifestyle, from a childhood filled with sports to becoming a trainer, stepping on stage to compete, and now embracing a new era in her journey to balance fitness and motherhood.

"When I first joined the gym I found it intimidating, but once I let go of what other people thought and started lifting weights, I fell in love. So much so that I began competing with a very aesthetics-based goal. During my comp prep, I discovered the benefits of strength training, and slowly my focus started shifting from aesthetics to a more holistic approach to health and fitness.

When I became a mother for the first time, I was presented with a new set of challenges and had to make adjustments to my lifestyle. Postpartum, I navigated the difficult balance of regaining my strength while adjusting to motherhood. "

Now, Emma has combined her passion for strength training, Pilates, and quick, effective workouts into a postpartum routine and is dedicated to helping other women achieve their goals.

ALEXANDRA MILNE

LIFTING EXPERT & MOVE WITH US STRENGTH COACH

Alexandra has always been athletic, joining in netball, dancing, track, and competitive cheerleading from a young age, and going to the gym throughout high school. At 17, she began struggling with health and fitness and finding a balance due to her demanding schedule throughout her university years.

Her passion for health and fitness continued to grow, but she found herself stuck in a constant cycle of trying random training and nutrition approaches, frustrated by the lack of results or progress toward her goals. This eventually led to a hiatus from the gym and a loss of motivation.

Coach Alexandra shares: "I have tried and tested many ways of dieting and training, and have worked through hundreds of programs over the years to build the physique, strength, and knowledge I now have."

Honestly, there is no better feeling than being able to lift some heavy weights in the gym as a female. On top of that still looking and feeling your best - feeling strong, confident, sexy, and feminine, I believe is the balance most women aim for.

With my experience, I now guide and teach women how to enjoy the gym, so they do not have to waste many years of their lives not seeing the results they deserve.
