The 10 Minutes to Toned Arms Program features Pilates workouts suitable for all fitness levels. You can complete it as a standalone program or alongside your current training plan. Simply head to the On-Demand Library to get started.
We recommend selecting the Lose Body Fat goal for this Program. This option places you in a more aggressive calorie deficit, designed to accelerate fat loss and help you achieve visible results sooner. It’s ideal if your main focus is to reduce body fat and enhance muscle definition for a lean, sculpted appearance.

All our Programs come with an official start date, and intakes commence every Monday. You can begin the workouts on your own beforehand; however, for optimal results, it is ideal that you carry out the Program on the set dates.
As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive instructions on how to access our App and begin preparing for Day 1.

Yes! You can use our ‘Restart Program’ feature allowing you to start the following Monday.
With this Program there are 7 Days of workouts available for 2 weeks. For best results, it is recommend to complete every workout for the duration of the Program and making it your main focus.
However, if you’re just after an extra challenge, you can easily add the sessions to your current training routine for an extra push.

Yes! These sessions are designed to complement your existing Program or other training. You can add them to the end of your workout as a spicy upper-body finisher, or use them at the start of your session as a dynamic warm-up.
Each workout is 10-15 minutes long, low-impact, and perfect to complete anytime, anywhere. Head over to the On-Demand Library if you’d like to complete these sessions without leaving your current Program.
To complete this Program, you will need:
