What Level of BUILD Challenge is best for you?

BUILD Challenge is available in three different levels, based on your training experience. Each level is divided into four 2-week training blocks that focus on improving your technique and building strength with progressive overload and a variety of strength-training methods.

Ideal for those with less than 6 months training experience

What equipment do you need?

A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts, but if you're completing BUILD Challenge from home, you'll need:

  • A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)
  • Booty bands
  • Ankle weights
  • Resistance bands
  • A skipping rope
  • An exercise ball
  • A yoga mat
  • A bench or sturdy piece of furniture
  • A trigger ball
  • A foam roller
  • A broom/stretching stick

When does BUILD Challenge begin?

This exclusive Challenge officially begins on Monday 25th October and is only available to a limited intake of clients. All members will be supported and guided by Rachel Dillon and our expert Team. Once you confirm your order and secure your place, you will receive email instructions on how to prepare for this transformative experience.

Your Challenge will end on the 20th of December and you'll receive an additional 4 weeks of FREE access to all features of the MWU App at the completion of this Challenge to allow you to continue your fitness journey through the holiday season.
