Our BBS Challenge has already helped transform the lives of over 150,000 women around the world, and we’re not done yet. With three teams to choose from, this Challenge is here to guide you through 6 weeks of workouts and nutrition tailored to your goals. Each Challenge Team incorporates specific training methods and multiple rounds of intensity that are designed to help you achieve the ultimate transformation that aligns with your goals.

🔥 Full Body BURN (formerly Team Shred)

If you’re looking to achieve fat loss goals and improve your body composition, this is the Challenge team for you!

With Full Body Burn, you’ll enjoy a training split with a variety of workouts designed to help you achieve your fat loss goals, including

✔ Full-body high-intensity circuits

✔ Weighted workouts 

✔ A mix of low and high-intensity cardio sessions

✔ Core circuits

No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, you can enjoy our Full Body Burn Challenge team with access to 4 different rounds.

🍑 Lower Body BUILD (formerly Team Booty)

If your primary goal is to build strong legs and grow your glutes, this is the Challenge team for you!

Lower Body Build has got a perfectly balanced training split to help you grow and define your lower body, without neglecting workouts to also target your upper body. You will also enjoy a mix of

✔ Lower-body and upper-body focused sessions

✔ Weighted workouts

✔ Core circuits 

✔ Low and high-intensity cardio sessions

With access to 4 rounds, there’s an option for all to join our Lower Body Build Challenge team based on your training experience so far.

👙 Total Body SCULPT (formerly Team Bikini)

If you’re looking to achieve a full body transformation, this is the Challenge team for you!

Total Body Sculpt focuses on increasing your total body and core strength, whilst working to achieve a defined, feminine shape with a variety of workouts, including

✔ Weighted workouts  

✔ Sculpting sessions

✔ Core strength exercises that focus on building stability 

✔ High-intensity cardio circuits

✔ Dedicated mobility sessions to assist with range of movement and technique (Round 5 only)

And just like the other Challenge teams, we’ve got an option for everybody with access to 5 different rounds to suit your fitness level.

No matter if this is your very first Challenge, or you’ve done them all, we’ve got rounds suited for every level of experience!

When you join our BBS Challenge, you’ll receive access to all rounds of your chosen Challenge team. These options are guaranteed to take your training and fitness to the next level. But how do you know where to start? Keep reading to find out more. 

ROUND 1: Perfect for beginners or intermediate ladies who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.

ROUND 2: A great intermediate level for experienced trainers, or ladies who have completed a MWU Challenge before.

ROUND 3: The ideal round for advanced trainers looking to take it up a level for a serious challenge.

ROUND 4: This round is recommended for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods.

ROUND 5: This is our most challenging round yet, with new advanced training methods introduced! This round is exclusive to our Total Body Sculpt Challenge team. We recommend this round to those who have at least a year’s training experience or have completed the previous rounds of Total Body Sculpt.

But the best part of it all is that no matter whether you choose to start with Round 1 or are up for an extra challenge with a more advanced round, you will have access to ALL rounds of your chosen Challenge team!

Finding a round too easy or too difficult? This allows you to easily switch between rounds in the MWU App, to find the right fit for you.

PLUS, if you're an MWU Platinum Member you will receive access to all three teams and their rounds for the first time EVER 😍

To enter each week, all you have to do is post yourself completing each mini-challenge to our MWU Facebook Community Forum or on your socials with the hashtag #bbsminichallenge.

Brand NEW On Demand Workouts Weekly

Are you up for the extra challenge? 🔥

As part of our 6 Week BBS Challenge, we are releasing a brand NEW On-Demand core workout with Coach Rachel weekly in the MWU App 📲

The aim of the game is to complete the new core workout 2-3 times a week and track your progress! This can even be added to your Challenge workouts. We promise you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.

These workouts will increase in intensity each week, but remember to have FUN with them!

When does this Challenge start?

The Challenge officially kicks off Monday, April 10th, so mark your calendar and get ready to go!

Sign-ups will officially open on March 20th at 9AM AEST.

When can I access my Challenge in the MWU App?

You’ll receive access to your Challenge in the MWU App on April 3rd, one week prior to the Challenge starting, giving you plenty of time to fill out your questionnaire, explore the rounds of your Team, choose your goal, and get to know your way around the MWU App before Day 1 of the Challenge.

Is this Challenge included in the MWU Platinum Membership?

Absolutely! With our Platinum Membership, you receive access to ALL available MWU Challenges, Programs, and Levels.

If you are an MWU Platinum Member, you will receive access to all three BBS teams and their rounds for the first time EVER. Access to this Challenge will be available from April 3rd in your MWU App.

There has never been a better time to join our Platinum Membership!

Can I still purchase this Challenge without a Membership?

Yes, you certainly can! If you are not ready to purchase our Platinum Membership, you can join the BBS Challenge separately.

How long do I have access to the App for?

You'll enjoy 12 weeks of App access to your chosen Challenge team from the official start date. This will also give you the opportunity to progress into the next Round of your BBS Team, or alternatively switch to a different BBS Team. 

(Please note only our Platinum Members will receive access to all BBS Teams and Rounds. If you are not a Platinum Member, you will need to purchase each BBS Team separately, or alternatively join our Platinum Membership.)

Can I choose the number of training days?

With our BBS Challenge, you will have the ability to choose from 4, 5, or 6 training days per week, and will also be able to update this at any time throughout your Challenge.

Alternatively, you can also customise your Workout Planner and create your own training split, remove workouts from your week that don't align with your goals, or rearrange your week of workouts to suit your schedule.

Does this Challenge include home and gym workouts?

Yes! You can switch between home and gym workouts by toggling between the dumbbell and home icon in the workouts tab.

Can I start the Challenge at a later date?

Whilst we highly recommend starting the Challenge on the official start date of April 10th, you can use our ‘Restart Program’ feature to start on the following Monday.

Which goal should I choose?

When you get started in the MWU App, you’ll have the option to select Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, or Both as your goal for this Challenge.

Choose Fat Loss if: Your main goal is to reduce your body fat and get leaner. You’ll be in a moderate calorie deficit, meaning you’ll be burning more energy than you’re consuming.

Choose Both if: You want to achieve steady fat loss while preserving muscle, or maintain a sculpted physique while you transition between Fat Loss and Muscle Gain. 

Choose Muscle Gain if: You’re looking to increase your lean muscle mass. You’ll be in a calorie surplus, meaning you’ll be consuming slightly more than you burn, giving you the fuel you need to grow that muscle! 

What Equipment will I need?

You’ll find everything you need to transform in the gym, but if you’re working out at home we recommend the following pieces of equipment:

Can I switch between rounds?

The power is in your hands! When you join your chosen Team for our BBS Challenge, you will also receive access to ALL rounds of your Challenge Team. This means if you’re finding the workouts of your current round too easy or too difficult, or you simply love to have variety with your training, you can easily switch between rounds to find the right one for you.

To do this, simply click on your Profile Image to open your App menu →  select your current Program to open the Program Switcher → then choose your preferred round of your Challenge Team from the ‘Active’ tab.

(Note: If you are switching to a new round for the first time, you will be prompted to complete a new questionnaire)
