Raising Canes Style Chicken & SauceĀ

Ingredients:
- 125g Chicken Breast
- 85ml Buttermilk
- 40g Mayonnaise (99% Fat Free)
- 20ml Tomato Sauce
- 30g Plain Flour
- 1tsp Paprika
- 2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1tsp White Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- 1tsp Salt
- 2tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Transfer chicken to mixing bowl and pour in buttermilk. Add half of paprika, half of garlic powder, half of white pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Mix to combine and set aside in fridge for at least one hour.
- In a second bowl mix together flour remaining paprika, garlic powder, white pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Add water to bowl and set aside.
- To coat chicken dip in flour mixture followed by water for 1-2 seconds and back into flour mixture before setting aside.
- Add chicken to air fryer basket and cook at 180Ā°C for 15 minutes.
- To make sauce: Add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire and pepper to bowl, Mix to combine.
- Serve chicken with sauce on the side and enjoy!
*Chicken and sauce can be stored in seperate air-tight containers and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
