ROUND 1: Perfect for beginners or intermediate ladies who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.

ROUND 2: A great intermediate level for experienced trainers, or ladies who have completed a MWU Challenge before.

ROUND 3: The ideal round for advanced trainers looking to take it up a level for a serious Challenge.

ROUND 4: We recommend this round for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods. We are excited to bring a brand new Round 4 for our Full Body Burn Challenge team and Lower Body Build Challenge team.

ROUND 5: This is our most challenging round yet, with new advanced training methods introduced! This round is exclusive to our Total Body Sculpt Challenge team. We recommend this round to those who have at least a years’ training experience or have completed the previous rounds.

Absolutely! You have 16 weeks of App Access, giving you the flexibility to start the Challenge at a later date. Plus, if you fall a week behind, you can restart your Challenge. Simply go to your Profile Photo > Settings > Restart Program to begin again from Week 1.

Enjoy 16 weeks of full app access, allowing you to complete multiple rounds of the BBS Challenge.

Yes! You will have the option to choose from a 4, 5 or 6 day training split each week.

Yes! You can switch between home and gym workouts by toggling between the dumbbell and home icon in the workouts tab.

No, our BBS Challenge is exclusively available to our Platinum Members. If you would like to partake in the BBS Challenge, now is the best time to sign up to become a Platinum Member.

Absolutely! With our Platinum Membership, you receive access to ALL available MWU Challenges, Programs and Levels. If you are a MWU Platinum Member you will receive access to all three teams and their rounds.
