With Full Body Burn, we recommend you follow a Nutrition Goal of Lose Body Fat or Both to achieve the best results.
Lose Body Fat: This goal is designed for those primarily focused on weight loss and involves a significant calorie deficit to help you achieve a transformation! The Team Burn workouts focus on variety alongside intensity, which may be harder to achieve in a calorie deficit as this often means slightly lower energy. However, if you are ready to embrace this challenge and hit your weight loss goals, this is perfect for you!
Both: A less dramatic option for those looking to maintain energy levels alongside a steady weight loss. This goal combines a slight calorie deficit for steady weight loss with a focus on muscle preservation or, in some cases, muscle growth! While challenging, it's achievable to simultaneously experience fat loss and muscle growth, particularly suitable for beginners or those returning to weight training after some time off.

A Nutrition Goal of Muscle Gain combined with Team Build is ideal if you want to start or continue your muscle growth journey, providing you with a surplus of calories to fuel your strength workouts and hit some PBs! When you select muscle gain, you will have more energy than usual, which means you can push harder in your training and optimize those strength goals throughout this Challenge. This is the perfect combination of workouts and nutrition to maximize your strength and gains!

Which Round do I choose?
No matter if this is your very first Challenge, or you’ve done them all, we’ve got rounds suited for every level of experience!
When you join our BBS Challenge, you’ll receive access to all rounds of your chosen Challenge team. These options are guaranteed to take your training and fitness to the next level.
ROUND 1: Perfect for beginners or intermediate ladies who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.
ROUND 2: A great intermediate level for experienced trainers, or ladies who have completed a MWU Challenge before.
ROUND 3: The ideal round for advanced trainers looking to take it up a level for a serious challenge.
ROUND 4: This round is recommended for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods.
ROUND 5: This is our most challenging round yet, with new advanced training methods introduced! This round is exclusive to our Total Body Sculpt Challenge team. We recommend this round to those who have at least a year’s training experience or have completed the previous rounds of Total Body Sculpt.
The best part of it all is that no matter whether you choose to start with Round 1 or are up for an extra challenge with a more advanced round, you will have access to ALL rounds and teams as a Move With Us Platinum Member!
