WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLATINUM ANNUAL AND PLATINUM MONTHLY?

With the Annual Platinum Membership, you are only required to pay once, every 12 months, with the first payment coming out when you begin your Membership. With the Monthly Platinum Membership, you are still committing to on-going monthly payments, where you will be billed once per month.

CAN I START CHALLENGES AT ANY TIME?

No. Challenges will only be available during the Challenge period! If you are completing a Program and you want to partake in our Challenge, we recommend starting the Challenge on the given start date. Once you complete the Challenge, you will have the ability to go back and continue your previous MWU Program or start a new one.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME?

For purchases from our website, you can change your mind and no payment will be required within seven (7) days of your Membership Purchase.

Monthly Platinum Members - In the event you cancel your membership before the 12-month period, we will charge a minimum of (4) monthly charges. Cancellations after 4 months will take effect at the end of the current billing period, without any penalty. To process this cancellation, please contact Move With Us at info@movewithus.com. Upon such cancellation, you will have access to the MWU App for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.

Annual Platinum Members - In the event you cancel your Platinum Annual Membership before the end of your current billing period, you agree that you are cancelling the auto-renewal, and no refund will be issued. To process this cancellation, please contact Move With Us at info@movewithus.com. Upon such cancellation, you will have access to the MWU App for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.

In-App Purchases - The cancellation will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that App Store.

CAN I TRIAL A MEMBERSHIP?

Trials are not available for Membership. You can trial a Program for 7 days, receiving full access to the Move With Us App, including a week of workouts of your chosen Program and customised Meal Guide tailored to your dietary requirements and goals.

I JUST PURCHASED A PROGRAM, CAN I SWITCH AND PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely! Please email our Customer Service team at info@movewithus.com, so we can credit your recent Program purchase towards your Membership.

HOW DO I GET THE $50 CSB VOUCHER AFTER I JOIN THE ANNUAL PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP?

When you place the order for the Annual Platinum Membership, you will receive an email with your CSB voucher code. To redeem this code, simply head to https://au.shopcsb.com/, select your items, and add the code at checkout. The $50 voucher code has a 12-month validity period from the purchase date.

DOES THE PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes. Our Platinum Membership will automatically renew, unless you cancel at least 2 business days before the end of the current billing period. This applies to both Annual and Monthly Memberships.

HAVE YOU UPDATED THE PRICE OF PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP?

We haven’t updated our Annual Platinum Membership prices. The 25% discount is applied to the Annual Platinum Membership price at checkout and is only available for a limited time!

IS THE DISCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED WHEN I ADD THE PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP TO MY CART AT CHECKOUT, OR DO I NEED TO ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?

The discount will be applied at checkout. If for some reason this discount hasn’t applied to your cart, please use the code MOVE25 at checkout.
