WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLATINUM ANNUAL AND PLATINUM MONTHLY?

With the Annual Platinum Membership, you are only required to pay once, every 12 months, with the first payment coming out when you begin your Membership. With the Monthly Platinum Membership, you are still committing to on-going monthly payments, where you will be billed once per month.

CAN I START CHALLENGES AT ANY TIME?

No. Challenges will only be available during the Challenge period! If you are completing a Program and you want to partake in our Challenge, we recommend starting the Challenge on the given start date. Once you complete the Challenge, you will have the ability to go back and continue your previous MWU Program or start a new one.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can cancel the Move With Us Platinum Membership at any time, but the process and terms depend on the type of Membership and how you purchased it.

WEBSITE PURCHASES

Platinum - Pay Monthly

There is a minimum of four (4) monthly charges to cancel your Platinum Membership. This means that you can cancel your Membership at any time, but you’ll need to complete at least four monthly payments before the cancellation takes effect.

Here’s how it works:

  1. If you cancel within the first 4 months, your Membership will remain active, and you’ll still be billed for any remaining payments needed to complete the 4-month minimum.

  2. After the first 4 months, you can cancel anytime, and your Membership will end at the end of your current billing cycle—no further charges.

Platinum - Pay Annually

If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your Membership will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time.

To cancel your Membership:

  1. Contact Move With Us at info@movewithus.com at least 2 business days before the end of your current billing period.

IN-APP PURCHASES

If you purchased your Membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through the respective platform:

  1. Follow the prompts via Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Store.

Please note that cancellations of in-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective App Store.

CAN I TRIAL A MEMBERSHIP?

I JUST PURCHASED A PROGRAM, CAN I SWITCH AND PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely! Please email our Customer Service team at info@movewithus.com, so we can credit your recent Program purchase towards your Membership.

DOES THE PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes. Our Platinum Membership will automatically renew, unless you cancel at least 2 business days before the end of the current billing period. This applies to both Annual and Monthly Memberships.

IF I'M A CURRENT PLATINUM MEMBER AND I PURCHASE AGAIN, DO I RECEIVE ADDITIONAL APP ACCESS?

Your access will not accumulate or stack up; instead, your new 12-month access period will commence from the day you make the order.
