“I loved this challenge! I fell off track the last week and a half because of personal things that had restricted me from working out. I thought all the work I had put it was lost. I was amazed to see the results I did when I woke to take my last photos. The app is so easy to follow and so encouraging. The meal plans with the swap are simple enough to follow too. Rachel and her whole team have been so inspirational and motivating the entire time. I cannot wait to start the next 8-week challenge!”
