"So I wanted to share my transformation photos. So here’s my journey:
I started working out at the end of December 2018 (after I took the dressing room photo below lol. At that time I was eating fast food twice a day and NEVER worked out, but I decided I wanted a change. So in between December 26th 2018 - January 21st, I did the previous “Train Like Me” Challenge. I had bought the Challenge in August BUT didn’t do a SINGLE workout. So I just started working out with that.
Ever since, I’ve been working out 6 times a week and only do 1 cheat meal a week. I am sooo much stronger, and so much more confident now! And thank you for teaching me to love the process more than the end results."
