"I've always been in awe of girls who have had amazing results from their challenges, and have never thought I'd be able to achieve such drastic changes myself. I started this challenge wanting to prove myself wrong, and I have absolutely done just that! I found that after the first few weeks I stopped focusing so much on the numbers (although those changes were incredible), and fell in love with the routine and lifestyle changes. I've been telling my friends it hasn't just been an 8-week 'fitness' challenge, but more of an 8-week confidence boost! I feel so strong, free and honestly feel radiant.
