Some of our favourite recipes over the last months have come from trending TikTok recipes and we are so excited to share some of our all-time favourites this March.


Please note that these recipes and nutritional information are only for a single-serve portion. If you're cooking for more than one or want to meal prep, simply multiply the quantity of ingredients by the number of serves you'd like to make. 

Blueberry Custard Toast 

 

Ingredients
  • 2x slices Sourdough Bread (50g)
  • 50g Greek Yoghurt (Plain, No Fat)
  • 1x Egg
  • 20g Blueberries
  • 1tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Directions
  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl combine egg, yoghurt and maple syrup. Whisk together to combine to form liquid custard.
  3. Using your finger press into the centre of both slices of bread to create a well. Be sure not to cut through or break bread.
  4. Pour custard in wells and top with blueberries.
  5. Air fryer: cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Oven: cook for 8-12 minutes.

 

Salmon Bites

 

 

 

Ingredients:
  • 70g Salmon (Raw)
  • 6g Rice Paper
  • 25g Avocado
  • 5g Sesame Oil
  • 2g Sesame Seeds
  • Jalapeño, to taste
  • 2tsp Tamari
Directions:
  1. Cut salmon into 1 inch pieces. Add salmon pieces to air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes at 180°C.
  2. In the meantime, slice avocado into 1 inch pieces and finely chop jalapeño.
  3. Gently dip rice paper into shallow water and lay out on a damp chopping board. Add one piece of salmon, avocado and jalapeño to centre of rice paper.
  4. Fold the bottom end of rice paper towards the centre, then fold in both sides inwards to and roll. Repeat for remaining rice paper.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Once hot, add salmon bites and cook for 3-4 minutes each side, until golden brown.
  6. Add bites to plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Dip in tamari and enjoy.

 

Grated Egg on Toast

 

Ingredients: 
  • 1x slice Sourdough (25g)
  • 6g Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 55g Avocado
  • 1x Egg
  • Sriracha, to taste
Directions:
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add egg in shell. Hard boil egg for 7-8 minutes and remove from hot water to bowl of cool water. Let rest for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, toast bread to your liking.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over bread and smash avocado over top.
  4. Carefully crack and remove shell from egg. Using a micro grater, grate egg over avocado and top with sriracha.

 

Weet-Bix Overnight Cheesecake Oats

 

 

 

Ingredients:
  • 30g Weet-Bix (Sanitarium)
  • 30g Rolled Oats
  • 100g Cottage Cheese (Creamed)
  • 140ml Milk (Low Fat)
  • 15ml Maple Syrup
  • 40g Apple

 

Directions:
  1. Finely dice apple.
  2. Combine oats, crushed weetbix, milk, apple and maple syrup in a medium-sized container. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. After 1-2 minutes, roughly stir through cottage cheese.
  3. Seal container and store in fridge overnight (or for 1 hour minimum). Serve cold.

 

Pesto Eggs

 

 

 

Ingredients:
  • 2x Eggs
  • 2x slices Sourdough (50g)
  • 40g Basil Pesto
  • 10g Honey
  • Chilli Flakes, to taste

 

Directions:
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add pesto. Once pesto begins to bubble, crack eggs on top. Cover pan and let eggs cook for for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, toast bread to your liking.
  3. Remove eggs from pan and add on top of toast. Drizzle with honey and chilli flakes.
