We've designed this 6 Week Program to help you master the basics of training and nutrition, so you don't have to go it alone. Get Started has been perfectly programmed for those who:

✓ Are ready to make a comeback, but lack the motivation to do it alone.
✓ Are looking to gain confidence with access to pre or postnatal exercises and exercise swaps.
✓ Are looking to create a full body transformation and achieve their weight loss goals.
✓ Are ready to learn the fundamentals of training and nutrition, and build sustainable habits.

You’ll join Emma, a dedicated mother and expert Coach, as she guides you through 6 weeks of 30-45 minute workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels and can be completed from home or in the gym. As a busy parent, Emma understands the challenges of balancing a demanding lifestyle with health and fitness goals but she also knows firsthand that it is possible to make sustainable changes that lead to lasting results.

With the option to choose between 3, 4 or 5 training days per week Get Started will allow you the flexibility to succeed. PLUS, as part of this Program, you'll receive access to customisable Meal Guides designed to meet your unique nutritional needs and help you achieve your goals. So whether you're new to health and fitness, ready to make a return, or just want to improve your knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals - this is what you've been waiting for!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. We partner with various carriers to offer the best possible service.

3. Shipment Processing Time

We aim to process all orders are within 2-3 business days although times may vary. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

4. International Shipping

We ship to addresses internationally. The full list of available destination countries may vary depending on the product and other factors and can be viewed at the checkout after adding your products to your cart. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Move With us is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Move With Us is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You can expect to receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
