High Protein Dessert Recipes

Whether you're after a post-workout snack or a midday boost, these easy and delicious treats are the perfect way to increase your protein. Below, we’re sharing two of our favourites: the Protein Brownie Bowl and Chocolate Protein Crispies.

Chocolate Protein Crispies

Ingredients (4x serves):

  • 100g Milk Chocolate
  • 100g Soy Protein Crispies
  • 12g Coconut Oil
  • 20g Cacao Powder

Directions:

  1. Add coconut oil and milk chocolate to microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 15 second intervals and stir until melted.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted chocolate, cacao powder and soy protein crispies. Stir until crispies are well covered.
  3. Transfer mixture evenly into cupcake liners. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

*This dessert can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Protein Brownie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 125g Greek Yoghurt (Plain) (No Fat)
  • 40g Plain Flour
  • 25g Cocoa Powder
  • 1x Egg (Raw)
  • 25g Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2tbsp Granulated Baking Sweetener (Natvia)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lighting spray oil on oven safe dish.
  2. In a bowl combine yoghurt, flour, cocoa powder, egg and granulated baking sweetener. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir through choc chips.
  4. Transfer mixture to oven safe dish and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let sit for 10-minutes before eating.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
