When does the challenge start?

The Challenge officially kicks off at 10am (AEST) Monday 11 April 2022, so mark your calendar and get ready to go!

What equipment do I need?

A standard gym should provide all equipment and machines required to complete the workouts but if you’re training from home, we recommend having:

FULL BODY BURN:
- A set of dumbbells (ideally, 1x lighter pair and 1x heavier pair)
- A pair of ankle weights
- Booty Band/Cotton Bands
- Resistance Bands
- Power Bands
- Bench or sturdy piece of equipment
- Exercise Ball
- Skipping Rope
- Yoga Mat
- Kettle Bell

LOWER BODY BUILD:
- A set of dumbbells (ideally, 1x lighter pair and 1x heavier pair)
- A pair of ankle weights
- Booty Band/Cotton Bands
- Bench or sturdy piece of equipment

When will I get access to the App?

You’ll receive access to your Challenge in the MWU App on April 4th, one week prior to the Challenge starting, giving you plenty of time to fill out your questionnaire, choose your goal and get to know your way around the MWU App before Day 1.

How long do I have access to the App?

Enjoy 6 months of access to your chosen team from the start date. We've never done this before!

What training can I expect?

FULL BODY BURN:

- Circuit-style workouts

- Weighted upper and lower body sessions to shape and tone your body

- Cardio sessions included (HIIT + LISS options)

- EMOMs

LOWER BODY BUILD:

- Weighted and Sculpting sessions

- Plyometric movements to sculpt lean legs

Can I choose the number of training days?

For the BBS Challenge you won't have the ability to choose from a 4, 5, or 6 training day split. However you will still be able to remove workouts from your workout planner that don't align with your goals.

Are home and gym workouts included?

Yes! You can switch between home and gym workouts by toggling between the dumbbell and home icon in the workouts tab.

What round should I choose?

With your chosen team, you will receive access to ALL of the rounds!

Round 1: Perfect for beginners or intermediate ladies who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.

Round 2: A great intermediate level for experienced trainers, or ladies who have completed an MWU Challenge before.

Round 3: The ideal round for advanced trainers looking to take it up a level for a serious Challenge.

Round 4: We recommend this round for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods. We are excited to bring a brand new Round 4 for our Full Body Burn Challenge team and Lower Body Build Challenge team.

Round 5: This is our most challenging round yet, with new advanced training methods introduced! This round is exclusive to our Total Body Sculpt Challenge team. We recommend this round to those who have at least a years’ training experience or have completed the previous rounds.
