Challenge: 6 Week - Team Bikini
"Before this Challenge, I was in a fitness rut and was lacking motivation and structure in the gym, as well as in my diet. In 6 weeks, I am 3kg down, and have lost 7cm from my waist and 5cm from my thighs! But more importantly, I have a whole new shape, positive mentality, and I have fallen back in love with training. 
This Challenge has helped me combat bad eating habits and push myself to be more positive and driven.
This is only the start of a long journey (next up Shred 3.0!) And I can't wait to see what the next 6-12 months will bring.
