TLM 1.0

"WOW... Just wow! 
I had always had a consistent gym routine about 3-4 days a week, still prepping lunches on the weekends for my partner and I, but my weakness was the snacking while watching movies with my partner.

Since purchasing the TLM Challenge I’ve learnt so much! One of my goals throughout the Challenge was to FINALLY go to the gym by myself and do at least one session by myself and feel confident. I’m lucky I have a great group of girlfriends that believed in me and pushed me to smash that goal, and I have! 👊🏼
The workouts are so, so easy to follow and the thing that I loved the most was the video demonstrations of each exercise. 🏋🏻‍♀️ The food was amazing! There was not one thing I didn’t like in my meal plan which made it easy to stick to.
The biggest thing I have gained from this Challenge is confidence to wear different clothes and be confident in my body, not pick it apart, also just enjoying the process of my body changing. Those early mornings each week are the hardest in winter, but regret is harder to face!
