Challenge: 6 Week - Team Bikini
"This was my 3rd Challenge and I absolutely love it! 
After my 2 other challenges I fell off track and gained back some of what I'd lost, so this challenge I really tried to focus on making this a lifestyle change and not a 6 week diet and return to old habits. 
I allowed myself 2 rest days and a cheat meal every week but still stayed within my cals, I didn't stress or get upset with myself when I had a treat or rest day. I have more energy, happier and healthier now, and I can't wait to see what else I can achieve.
