This Program is perfect for ladies looking to achieve real results, without needing to step into a gym. While all MWU Programs include access to home workouts, Emma has pioneered this Program to include both minimal and no-equipment workout options.

Short answer - it’s up to you! This Challenge includes 5 days of training and 2 rest days per week, but this is your fitness journey, so you’re encouraged to adapt these workouts to fit YOUR schedule. 

This is an entirely home-based workout so you can trust that you’ll be able to achieve a full-body transformation with ZERO equipment! If you’d like to include minimal equipment we recommend: a set of dumbbells, Skipping rope, Booty bands, a set of ankle weights, Yoga mat, Resistance bands, Power bands, and a bench or sturdy furniture.
