Training like an athlete isn’t just for professionals. If you value athletics as much as aesthetics, if you want to unlock your personal potential, or if you’ve been following Morgan’s lifelong journey waiting for a chance to train with her — we know you’ll love what we've got in store for you.


Short answer - it’s up to you! This Challenge includes 6 days of training and 1 rest day per week, but this is your fitness journey, so you’re encouraged to adapt these workouts to fit YOUR schedule. 


Morgan’s Program is mostly suited to gym-goers, but we’re all about you moving anywhere so it can be adapted for home workouts for those days when life gets in the way.

For gym workouts we recommend: a set of dumbbells, Kettlebells, Skipping rope, Stretching stick, A foam roller, Booty bands, Yoga mat, A bench or platform, Access to common exercise machines found in gyms.
