With Morgan’s athletic approach as a Coach, you’ll be guided through 8 weeks of conditioning, time-based sessions and weekly ebbs and flows that work to build up your strength, ability and confidence to enhance your performance, run faster and move better.

Why did Morgan join MWU as a Coach?
Great question! We knew that growing our sisterhood and helping women everywhere train whenever, wherever and however they choose meant giving you ladies incredible experiences with the best Coaches so you can fall in love with a new way of moving.
Morgan’s lifelong passion as an athlete for movement, strength and her philosophy for transformation being about so much more than your physical appearance really aligned with our values. We couldn’t be more excited to have Morgan onboard to show women just what they’re capable of and improve their quality of life through movement.
Can I do Morgan’s Challenge at home?
Of course! Morgan’s Challenge is designed for the gym, but you can choose to swap to home options to get pushing, and moving, anywhere!
What equipment do I need?
You’ll find everything you need to Move With Morgan in the gym, but this Challenge is all about moving your body anywhere, so no matter where you’re working out, we recommend having this equipment on hand:

🤸♀️ Booty bands
🤸♀️ Power bands
🤸♀️ Ankle weights
🤸♀️ A skipping rope

What level of fitness do I need to be at to complete Morgan’s Challenge?
Training like an athlete isn’t just for professionals. If you want to achieve athletic goals just as much as aesthetic ones, if you want to unlock your potential, or if you’re ready to explore a new experience that encourages you to move more, live more and be more — this Challenge is for you. And if you’re an athlete or come from a sporting background, you’ll get the opportunity to push past your best and redefine your limits.
What are ‘For Time’ workouts all about?
‘For Time’ workouts are all in the name! When you’re getting ready for these workouts, you’ll notice a time for the session. Your focus is to get all of your exercises in that session done within the timeframe. These workouts are all about your time so keep in mind even a one-second difference is HUGE and something to be celebrated!
What does EMOM mean?
EMOM stands for Every Minute On (the) Minute. You’ll get a set amount of reps per exercise in these workouts, and your focus will be to finish the reps within a minute, and when you’re done you rest for the remainder of the exercise.
How does that work, you ask? For example, if you finish your reps in 45 seconds, you rest for 15, or if you finish in 55 seconds, you rest for 5. These workouts are all about your time so keep in mind even a one-second difference is HUGE and something to be celebrated!

Once I sign up for Move With Morgan, when can I access the App?
As a Challenge member, you’ll get access to your App on May 31st. Your Challenge begins on June 7th, so you'll have plenty of time to get acquainted with your App and prepare for your journey!
