Calling all gym lovers! If you’re ready to put your strength to the test and work on improving your lifting techniques in the gym, then this is for you!

Our Lower Body Build team from our 6 Week BBS Challenge is recommended for those who love getting to the gym and lifting weights with the intention to build muscle and primarily target their lower body.

This 6-week experience provides you with a balanced approach to training and nutrition to help you build strong legs, grow your glutes and leave you feeling stronger and more confident inside and outside of the gym.

Plus you’ll also receive a 6-month access period to our MWU App, which has all the tools you need to succeed in this Challenge and build sustainable habits to embrace into your everyday life.

What training can you expect?

With our Lower Body Build team you can expect a combination of lower-body sculpting sessions, weighted workouts to target your upper and lower body, core-focused circuits, plus cardio options. Although this Challenge team is ideal for a gym environment, you will also receive access to home workout options, plus the ability to swap exercises through our MWU App to be able to adapt to any training environment.

With four rounds to choose from, Lower Body Build is suitable for all fitness levels. Not to mention, you will have access to ALL rounds of your chosen team in the MWU App to continue progressing in your journey. We’ve covered each round below to help you determine where to start.

ROUND 1:

The perfect starting point for beginners or intermediate trainers who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.

ROUND 2:

A great option to progress into for those who have previously completed Round 1 of our BBS Challenge.

ROUND 3:

The ideal round for advanced trainers looking for a serious challenge to take their fitness to the next level, and have previously completed Rounds 1 & 2 from our BBS Challenge.

ROUND 4:

This round is recommended for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods. We are excited to bring a brand NEW Round 4 for our Lower Body Build Challenge team!

All rounds from Lower Body Build follow a 6-day training split with 1 rest day each week. However, the MWU App includes the ability to customise your Workout Planner to create your own training split to suit your lifestyle.
