This 6-week experience provides you with an effective training and nutrition approach to achieve fat loss goals and have you feeling fitter, stronger and more confident in your own skin.

Plus you’ll also receive a 6-month access period to our MWU App, which has all the tools you need to succeed in this Challenge and build sustainable habits to embrace into your everyday life.

What training can you expect?

With our Full Body Burn Challenge team you can expect a mix of full-body HIIT circuits, weighted workouts, and a combination of high and low intensity cardio sessions, that can be completed in the gym or at home with minimal equipment.⁣

No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, you can enjoy take part in this 6 week experience with access to ALL 4 Rounds in the MWU App. But if you’re not sure which round to start with, here’s a little breakdown for you:

ROUND 1:

The perfect starting point for beginners or intermediate trainers who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.

ROUND 2:

A great option to progress into for those who have previously completed Round 1 of our BBS Challenge.

ROUND 3:

The ideal round for advanced trainers looking for a serious challenge to take their fitness to the next level, and have previously completed Rounds 1 & 2 from our BBS Challenge.

ROUND 4:

This round is recommended for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods. We are excited to bring a brand NEW Round 4 for our Full Body Burn Challenge team! 

Each Round includes a training program structured to have 6 days of workouts and 1 rest day each week. However if you’re someone with a busy schedule, say no more! The MWU App allows you to have the flexibility to customise your Workout Planner and create your own training split to suit your lifestyle.

Full Body Burn Workout Sneak Peek

To get a taste of what you can really expect with our Full Body Burn, save these workouts from Coach Rachel Dillon and give them a go!

This glute-focused workout can be completed at home or in the gym with minimal equipment; or if you’re really looking to take it up a notch, try swapping out the dumbbells for a barbell with weights, and challenge yourself with a heavier load.

Rachel’s tip: "When training with less equipment and weight selection you will notice that for the first 4 exercises my reps are higher and my tempo is slower (two great ways to increase your training intensity when training with less equipment)."

If you’re looking for more of a full body burner, try this circuit that’s designed to target your back, quads and shoulders.
