Note that these recipes and nutritional information are for single serve portions. Simply multiply the quantity of ingredients by the number of serves you wish to make.

Blueberry Cobbler


  • 100g Blueberries
  • 2g Equal (Sweetener)
  • 16g Plain Flour
  • 30ml Skim Milk 
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Pour blueberries into a small ramekin. Add lemon juice and half of equal and stir to combine. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and other half of equal. Add milk and whisk until batter is smooth. Water can be added, if required.
  4. Pour batter over blueberries and bake for 25-28 minutes, or until top is crisp and golden brown.
  5. Enjoy warm by itself or with ice cream or cream.

    *We recommend cooking this meal at time of consumption.

Fig & Cherry Trifle

  • 25g Biscuits (Shortbread)
  • 120g Vanilla Greek Yoghurt (No Fat)
  • 20g Figs
  • 20g Cherries
  • 1/2 pack Jelly Lite Crystals (Sugar Free)
  • 5-10 Stevia Drops
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  1. Prepare jelly as per packet instructions and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.

  2. In the meantime, mix yoghurt, stevia and vanilla extract together in a small bowl until well combined. Mixture should have a custard-like consistency.

  3. Prepare fruit: dice figs, remove stone from cherries and cut in half.

  4. Assemble trifle: in a medium-sized clear bowl or cup place set jelly cubes, biscuit pieces, yoghurt mixture, figs and cherries together in desired order. Repeat layering until bowl is full, finishing with yoghurt mixture.

  5. Cover bowl or cup with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until biscuits have softened.

  6. Serve cold with cherries on top.

    *This dessert can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Reese's Pieces Protein Balls

  • 15g Peanut Butter
  • 5g Raw Rolled Oats 
  • 10g Whey Protein Powder 
  • 5g Cacao Powder (Unsweetened) 
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Use your hands to roll mixture into balls.

  3. Chill balls for at least 30 minutes prior to eating.

*These can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days. We recommend using chocolate protein powder for this recipe.

Vegan Avocado Chocolate Mousse

  • 60g Avocado
  • 20ml Maple Syrup
  • 10g Cocoa Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  1. In a food processor, blend avocado until smooth.

  2. Add maple syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to food processor and blend until combined. Taste mousse and add extra maple syrup for additional sweetness, if desired.

  3. Transfer mousse into a small glass and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold.

*This dessert can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Biscoff Protein Pop

  • 90g Plain Greek Yoghurt (No Fat)
  • 15g Lotus Biscoff Spread 
  • 30g Banana
  1. In a blender combine yoghurt, banana and half of Biscoff.

  2. Pour mixture into ice-cream mould. Melt remaining Biscoff and drizzle over the top. Using a toothpick, create a marble pattern.

  3. Freeze for at least 2-hours or overnight.
